Exec chef, Liam, changes our menus as often he can, depending on what’s in season and what our local suppliers recommend. We work with some proper local heroes such as Rennet & Rind and The Burghley Estate all of whom are supplying outstanding produce.
Milly's is a neighbourhood bistro in Stamford at the heart of the William Cecil hotel. Enjoy a weekly changing menu, epic Sunday roasts with daily blackboard specials. All cooked simply using the best possible ingredients and wines to match.
