Below are some of our frequently asked questions to help you with any you might have…
Please keep your dog on a lead at all times in all public areas. Dogs are welcome to join their owners in the bar, lounge and garden, and please don’t leave your dog unattended in your room or wash your dog in the bedroom bath or shower.
Speak to a member of the team if you need to wash your dog.
There are plenty of great walks in the local area for you to enjoy and our reception team would be happy to provide suggestions.
To ensure your pooch has a relaxing stay, we provide a comfortable dog bed, bowls and a special treat. We apply a £30 charge for their stay.
Please note, check-out time is 11am on the day of your departure, but do let us know if you’d like a later checkout and we will do our best to try and accommodate that (additional charges may apply). You can check in from 3pm, but if you arrive earlier you can leave your bags with us while you go and explore.
We have 2 charging points for all electric cars available in our car park if you need it. There is a small fee directly paid in the app, and once your car is fully charged we ask you to move it to a regular parking space.
Smoking and vaping aren’t permitted anywhere in the building. Please make sure cigarettes or cigars are extinguished properly.
Free parking is available for all guests of The William Cecil and Milly's Bistro in our ample car park.
